Embrace Authenticity: A Journey Back To You

As I sat down to write in my morning pages today, I was struck by a familiar rhythm—gratefulness for my family, health, and friends. But something new hit me: our wounds are our gifts. This reflection made me see past friendships in a different light—those friends who came into my life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. It’s amazing how friendships evolve, and with that, so do we.

We’re all about authenticity here at the studio, and I want to invite you to carve out some time to get real with yourself. It’s easy to hold onto what no longer serves us, but our growth comes when we honor the relationships that nurture us and let go of the ones that don’t. In our empowerment sessions, we focus on capturing the real you—flaws, beauty, and all. Because life’s too short for fake energy, right? Let’s reflect that same energy in our relationships and the way we see ourselves.

I See You

“I see you, beneath the surface. I see your untamable wild. I see your billowing heart. I see your unshed tears and your not yet dreams and your devotion to spirit. I see you howl at the moon and call the ocean home and ground to earth and grow taller than the trees.
I see you.
You are not alone. You are not invisible.
You are seen. You are seen. You are seen.
And my god, you are beautiful.”
Jeanette LeBlanc

The Heart

"There is no greater heaven than the heart of a loving mother
She takes care of you when you are still in her womb.
She nurtures you after you are born.
She hurts when you fall,
She celebrates when you make your first steps.
She is the only person who genuinely cares about you.
She loves you as she loves herself.
Her heart is your true paradise.
I love you mama."
Bangambiki Habyarimana (The Great Pearl of Wisdom)

Go Do You Little By Little

What Have you been up to ? Creating anything?
I've been moving and shifting into being more mindful in my creativity mostly due to this new normal life we are embarking on. Some readings by Julia Cameron has really helped. I officially changed my morning rituals and this has improved my daily journey. I feel compelled to share them with you below to help you navigate your daily life more fearlessly and free.

1. 20 minute walks every now and then (a moving meditation).
2.Write your Morning Pages (journal).
3. Take Yourself on an Artist Date  (adventure out for 1hr on your own )

Also, Here's a Mantra to your meditation today:

I am the embodiment of God.I accept myself.
My life and purpose is becoming clearer.
I trust myself.
My life is thriving.
I love myself.
My life is abundant and beautiful.
May All beings be safe, find peace and happiness.
And so it is!

“You’ll never know who you are unless you shed who you pretend to be.”
