My grandmother used to say, "Let me go out to water my plants before I do something that I may regret." She continued on by allowing her body to move through her ability from within. This is something that I still keep in the back of my mind. If we feed our anxiety rather than observe our thoughts how can we ever live in peace with each other by expressing what we need to say?
Take gentle care of your mind. Practice mindful activities and be progressive with your healing. Believe that you can change your trajectory by letting your light from within guide your mind. With time you will become a manifestation of love and kindness living your best life.
